Food Styling 101 (Introduction to Food Styling), an online course sponsored by Photo Styling Workshops.  A new 4-week class begins on January 2009, with an expanded 6-week version launching in February .  Self-Promotion and Marketing for Food Stylists, a bonus 2-week fast-track class with personal coaching is also available.  Both classes are taught by Lisa Golden Schroeder of Foodesigns.com. NEW ONLINE CLASS...Everyday Food Styling Techniques. Launching in late January 2009, this interactive class will include video tutorials of techniques that stylists use everyday on the job. 3-Day LIVE food photography workshop...Sun, Surf & Food Style II will be held  February 20-22, 2009 in San Diego, California. This interactive workshop will be held in the gorgeous teaching kitchen at Macy's, with access to their homewares department for amazing props and terrific space for shooting!  SPECIAL APPEARANCES ...a new 3-day food styling and photography workshop at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver, British Columbia. Scheduled for May 1-3, 2009, with limited enrollment. The class will take a hard look at the business of food styling and delve into the essentials you need to know to become a successful stylist.
