Okay, here's another cool tool to slip into your kit. Silvermark Herb Snips can be used to snip, mince, or strip fresh herbs of their tender leaves. We love their ergonomically rounded handles that come apart for easy cleaning and their sharp blades that can cut delicate herbs or green onions neatly and cleanly. And the herb stripper section at the base of the blades make short work of removing rosemary or thyme leaves from their woody stems.
