Did you know you have a huge selection of drinks at your fingertips? Right in your kit? A few drops of Kitchen Bouquet can transform a pitcher, glass, or cup of water into any number of beverages. Pretty handy in a pinch, when a shot calls for a nice glass of chardonnay or cool glass of iced tea--and you don't have the real thing at a moment's notice. Kitchen Bouquet, basically caramelized vegetable protein, at first glance looks deep, dark and intense. And it is in large amounts; a little goes a long way. But to create a nice golden wine, just a drop of KB in water will give you just the perfect color. Iced tea requires just a little more KB, apple juice a bit more, and "photo" coffee (minus the oil slick on real coffee) takes just enough to give you a nice cup of espresso. It's fun to experiment with the continuum of amber you can get from just this one ingredient.
